How to get to Lignano:
If you come from Austria, get the A23 motorway at the Italian border (at Tarvisio) and continue to Palmanova. Take the A4 from there on in the direction of Venice and leave the motorway at Latisana. Lignano is signposted very well because every year there are many tourists who spend their holidays at the seaside

The race track is more than 1200m long, and the width is between 8,50 and 10,50m. There are also large security zones beside the track. The paddock, 17000m² large, offers more than 200 places, and there is a big parking lot. With infrastructure and services this track meets the international standards of the FIK (category A) and CIK. The building at the track is 100m long, has a volume of 10000m³ and a surface of 1500m² on the ground and also on the first floor.

We take a little round trip through Lignano Pineta, Sabbiodoro and the surrounding area.

A break for an aperitif at "Portofino" in Lignano, at the seaside.

We board the motorship "Europa" and drive for about 45 minutes to the island restaurant "Ai ciodi" in Portobuso.

Some notes regarding the locations we will visit.
The lagoon of Marano between the last spurs of Lignano Sabbiadoro and Grado lagoon is characterized by great beauty and home to unique flora and fauna. From some offshore islands and islets protected - including the islands of Sant'Andrea and Martignano, also known as "Island of Shells" - it is home to reed and marsh plants In addition, there are only temporarily used dwellings of the fishermen, the so-called "casoni" built of reed and wood. All this makes the lagoon of Marano one of the most interesting places of the Adriatic.
The nature reserves
In the lagoon of Marano, there are two nature reserves: the "Riserva delle Foci del clips of Stella," which includes the entire delta of the river called Stella and is only accessible by sea, and the "Riserva della Valle Canal Novo," a 35 acre former fishing area.
